Pirate sophomores Makena Patrick of Anaconda, Montana, and Carliese O'Brien of Bethel, Alaska, signed their national letters of intent today. Makena will continue her college basketball career at the University of Pikeville, an NAIA college in Pikeville, Kentucky, and Carliese will return to the court at Park University in Gilbert, Arizona, also at the NAIA level. Not pictured is Alecsis Smith, who previously signed at Carolina University, a Division I program in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

The Spring Soccer Academy came to a close Wednesday where 225 youth of all ages gathered twice a week for six weeks here at Sigmar Field to develop their skills. They are coached by our amazing Pirate soccer athletes and it might be one of the greatest things we do every year in PC Athletics.

Need a new truck? If you make a hole-in-one on No. 17 at the Pirate Golf Tournament on May 30, you'll be driving this Nissan Frontier home!
