Our program is an all day program, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with preschool focus Sept.- May. Childcare is offered all year long, with themed daily curriculum continuing throughout the summer. At a Child’s Pace is a family childcare program with children enrolled ages 3 years through 5 years of age with school age children attending before/after school and during the summer. Social, Emotional, Physical Skills and Intellectual Growth opportunities will be provided. Kindergarten Readiness is the goal of our preschool program. Children will have many opportunities to gain independence and to work as a group to accomplish tasks. Children may have projects to bring home and they may work on skills without a final project, such as fine motor skills with their hands, feet and face. We will MOVE a lot throughout the day with our hands, arms, legs, feet, tummies, knees and toes, while sitting, crawling, walking, dancing and balancing. All of these activities enhance brain development and promote Kindergarten Readiness.
*Daily experiences may also include: Art, Blocks, Math and Science, Discovery, Dramatic Play, Library, Music and Movement, Large Motor Skills
Indoor and Outdoor.
