I just passed the 2026 International Nanny Association credential exam!
This rigorous, proctored exam evaluates knowledge in child development, safety, professionalism, and best practices in private childcare. Successfully passing it reflects my ongoing commitment to excellence and continued education in my field.
I have been an International Nanny Association Credentialed Nanny and Newborn Care Specialist since 2024, and I’m honored to continue providing high-quality, evidence-based care to the families I serve.

Autumn days. I am loving our adventures outside and our cozy autumn mornings inside. I love finding joy in the simple things. Reading together while listening to the rain outside. Walks in the crisp autumn air with beautiful leaves all around. Laughter and cuddles and learning and curiosity, these are a few of my favorite things! 🥰

*Learning letters, numbers, colors, and shapes through different fun and educational activities
*Bird watching
*Picnics at the beach
*Throwing rocks, sticks, grass, etc into the water to see if they float or sink
*Reading lots of books together
*Making bead bracelets for fine motor skills
*Building obstacle courses for gross motor skills
*Going “fishing” with a stick in the stream
*Preparing food together
*Building train tracks
*Lots of creative play with cars and stuffed animals
*Exploring nature and visiting animals

So thankful for the simple things in life. Bike rides with my family are one of my favorite activities - especially when the scenery looks like this!

Enjoying autumn in our beautiful area! I have lived in Port Angeles for 20 years now, and I am still amazed everyday at the beauty around us!

We have been enjoying the beautiful weather the last few weeks!!! We have also been doing lots of singing, reading, practicing colors and counting, playing with cars and of course, as always, lots of laughs!!! I have the best job ever to get to spend my days with these adorable children and wonderful families! 🥰

Over the past few years, I’ve been on a journey to deepen my knowledge and skills in caring for infants and children.
I’ve completed training with Newborn Care Solutions to become a Newborn Care Specialist (NCS), and I’m proud to be a Credentialed Newborn Care Specialist and Nanny through the International Nanny Association. This involved a very in-depth proctored exam for each credential.
I also hold a college certificate in Early Childhood Development, and am CPR and First Aid certified for infants and children. I also have my Washington State Food Handler’s Permit, ensuring safe and healthy meal prep for your little ones.
Ultimately, what has taught me the most, is raising my son who is now 17 years old. I was a stay-at-home mom for 14 years before offering my childcare services to the community.
I’m passionate about giving little ones the best start in life and supporting families with professional, nurturing care. All childcare is provided in the comfort of your own home.
