🎀 July 24th 2026, Baby Vivian wrote her birth story. As we all prayed heavily over this birth: everything fell seamlessly into place.
Leading up to “Game Day”, Mama did the work to flip a breech: Daily Spinning Babies rotations, Yoga, Frequent Chiropractic adjustments, Mox on the ankles … even driving to Gainsville for an ECV. Baby was just too deep in the pelvis to flip.
Mama had two choices: 1) continue with the plans for a homebirth to include a transfer of care over to Jennifer Carvallo, a highly experienced and credentialed Florida Licensed Nurse Midwife with extensive training in Breech deliveries … or.. 2) Have a C Section
“If God calls you to it, He will give you everything you need to accomplish it.” Matthew 9:27-10:47 �Every piece of the puzzle came together. The Birth goals we wrote together in my doula book, happened.
The dreams, the vision, the trust and faithfulness of our creator: She got exactly the birth she desired. 💫
Laboring in the earthsidebirthpools First came the baby’s t**h, then her sweet baby feet danced in the water. In the next push, baby slid out. Mama lifted up her leg and caught her baby…right into her own hands, quickly bringing her baby up to her chest. �No emergencies. Only celebration. So much Joy. So much peace. 🌙 🕯️
This is home birth.
