Chelsea got to run the 6 am class today and she did an amazing job. Great warm up we hated it. Great instruction well spoken and loud enough for everyone to hear. Great class structure and technique if you were not there you missed out!

Just to prime everyone for our soon to announce Master Sylvio Seminars this summer.
Master Sylvio Behring holds a Black and Red 8th degree coral belt and a black belt in Judo. He was born in Rio De Janiero, Brazil and started training under Grand Master Alvaro Barreto. We are so fortunate to get to spend time on the mat with him so prepare your selves whether this is your first day or a black belt 4 years old to 100 it is will be a value to you all!
