Anyone up for an EXPRESS CLASS? Due to low attendance at 7am in Ponchatoula, we are going to shift it for this week and next to a shorter workout to see if it boosts interest for this time slot. You will be in and out in 30 min with a short, but effective 23-25 minute workout! Hope to see you MWF at 7am in Ponchatoula!

Beginning 5/15/26, the $10 late cancel/no-show fee will be in effect if you cancel within 2 hours of the class beginning.
Also beginning 5/15/26, clients will be able to cancel their membership via Wellness Living, however the system will require a 30-day notice. Thanks in advance for your understanding!
