As well as a fully equipped State of the art 24/7 weightlifting gym. All experience levels welcome!

There are no evening classes tonight due to the coaches being at El Patio for the fighters to weigh in for the fights tomorrow night.

Weigh ins start at 3pm, they are open to the public if you want to come and hang out with the fighters

I’m so proud of this kid 💪

He was too shy to even get on the mats the first time his mom brought him to class.

In just a few months he’s done multiple competitions, his confidence has sky rocketed and he’s quickly become one of the best students in class while training in both the kids and adult programs!

Today he signed up for a tournament that none of our other kids were doing and came home with double gold medals!!
