Invictus is a scam? The 1,200-hour barber program no longer exists in Florida as of 2020.

We are a licensed barber school, which means that after successfully completing our program, you are eligible to apply to sit for the Florida barber licensing examination.

No scams. No shortcuts. Just a smarter, more efficient way to complete your barber education and pursue your Florida barber license!
Because every extra day in school means you are not making money behind the chair. Think about that.

“How can you teach someone to become a barber in just six weeks?”

We get this question all the time.

The answer is simple: We don't waste those six weeks.

Our students aren't sitting through hours of boring lectures.

They aren't mixed into groups with students at completely different skill levels.

They aren't waiting weeks for their turn to practice.

We work with small groups, one-on-one mentorship, and 100% hands-on training.

They start on mannequins. Then they work with real clients.

And before graduation, each student completes at least 70 services on real clients under supervision.

Six weeks sounds short until you see how we use every minute.

That's the Invictus method.

There was a time when they looked at a mannequin and thought, “How am I ever going to learn this?”

Until that same person who walked into Invictus as a beginner is now standing here as a barber.

That’s what Graduation Day means to us.

Our students train on all types of hair textures because a high performance barber should feel confident serving a diverse clientele!

Today, we're putting that confidence to the test by working with textured hair.

Different textures require different techniques, different approaches, and a strong understanding of the hair. That's why we don't want our students to graduate knowing how to work with only one type of hair.

We want them ready for any client who sits in their chair.

At Invictus, confidence comes from exposure, practice, and repetition. You don't become a high performance barber by avoiding what challenges you. You become one by learning how to master it!.

Barber education needed to evolve. So we built Invictus.

Traditional barber schools can spend hours on long lectures, outdated practice methods, and techniques that clients rarely ask for behind the chair.

Invictus was created differently!

Our founder is a barber first. With more than 20 years behind the chair and 10 years of experience training students, he understands what barbers actually face in the real world.

That experience helped him create the Invictus teaching methodology, designed around what today’s barber needs to know, practice, and master to succeed behind the chair.

We believe barber education should be practical, relevant, and connected to the real industry.
