BAD NEWS ALERT!!! We've been putting this announcement off for obvious reasons: Pets Playground Grooming School (PPGS) will be terminating operations at the end of the day on May 29, 2026. This was an incredibly difficult decision to make but the financial realities of running an accredited school have proven to be too challenging to overcome.

Though the school operations will end, PPGS has built up a loyal base of customers over its 25 years and its grooming operations could represent an incredible business opportunity for someone with grooming expertise and entrepreneurial vision. BIG NEWS!!! The 3rd Annual Freestylin' Grooming Championship will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026! This time we’re making some changes: ALL pure breeds are eligible! Just like in the past, scissored pure breeds and salon freestyle trims are welcome, but now we’ve opened it up to sporting and wire coated dogs too! Do you have what it takes to sn**ch the grand prize of $10,000? Mark your calendars...registration details to follow soon!
