Attention all! As we near the close of our last quarter here as the United Culinarians, we invite everyone to come and join us for our e-board elections this Tuesday, May 1 during U-Hour. As many have heard, we will be merging with and to form the Food and Beverage Professionals (name TBD} this upcoming semester.

With that being said, if you are interested in helping shape the future of this new organization by running for any of these e-board positions, please reach out to us for more information!

Hello all! We will be hosting our first U-Hour social this Tuesday, April 10 in the demo kitchen!

This will be a very important meeting as we will discuss our upcoming elections for the 2018-2019 school year, as well as provide a general timeline of all the events we have planned for this final Spring quarter. As usual, a light lunch will be provided as well.

Hi Culinarians! Need a break from all that midterm studying? Well you're just in luck! Next Tuesday, February 6 we will be hosting a joint social with RFP at Buffalo Wild Wings in Chino Hills from 7-9 PM! On Friday, January 26 The Collins College will be hosting its annual Mornings of Motivation speaker series conducted by Sysco LA VP of Operations, Steve Burns.

This event is for junior/senior-standing students, however underclassman are also encouraged as well. A wide variety of topics such as transitioning from work to school and preparing to become a leader in the hospitality industry will be covered.

Please come out and support United Culinarians as we host a fundraiser tomorrow during U-Hour in memory of our fellow classmate, former e-board member, and Collins College student Erika Matsumoto. Along with every other CCHM club, all proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly towards a scholarship endowment in memory of her.

President Emeritus Andria Antoniades is the banquet and reservations manager at the Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch this week! They concocted the Fig & Fizz, a specialty prosecco cocktail exclusive to this week made of syrup of fig fronds from the culinary garden behind the restaurant.
