Political Science Professor Renford Reese will oversee Project Rebound's mentorship program for youth in the juvenile justice system. Project Rebound received a grant totaling more than $300,000. Congratulations to the Political Science Class of 2019! Yesterday, our department graduated 90 students with their Bachelors Degree and 26 students with their Masters in Public Administration. Of those, 13 were awarded their degrees cm laude and 5 magna cm laude. Classes resume August 22, enjoy your summer!

One of this year's graduates, Marisol Ibarra ('19), spent spring semester taking courses with the CSU Sacramento Semester Program and interning at the State Capitol. Marisol had an amazing experience and she'll be working full-time after graduation with a State Senate office. Current sophomores and juniors should look for the call for applications in fall semester.
