1) Turn off the water when brushing your teeth or in the kitchen busy doing other stuff.
2) Separate items that can be recycled and/or composted
3) Turn off the lights and TV in rooms no one is vacant in!

The Ahimsa Club is very proud to present its FIRST EVENT of the year! We will be having an amazing woman by the name of Kalpana Shah Korwar come speak. She is visiting the US from India and has agreed to teach us a form of conscious breathing called Pranayama while here. The event will take place October 29th, 2015 during U-hour. (12pm-1pm).
