George Proctor, chair of the Department of Architecture at Cal Poly Pomona - College of Environmental Design, once built his own home! 🏡

Proctor brings learn-by-doing to life in the classroom, immersing students in the culture of an architecture firm. Not only are his students gaining career-ready skills and hands-on experience under his instruction, they're also building up working hours that can contribute to the official licensing process for the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB).

“We help facilitate connections to the larger cultural community of the discipline that leads to opportunities that go way beyond what you can offer within the five-year degree. Landing an internship or a job is a people thing."
-George Proctor
