Pomfret School has added two electric vehicles to its campus fleet: a 2025 Chevy Blazer EV LT and a 2025 Toyota bZ4X XLE. Students fanned out across the region for Pomfret's annual Day of Service, where they worked with more than thirty community partners. “Service learning is a really valuable part of the Pomfret experience,” says Director of Wellbeing and Service Coordinator Erin Fisher. “It gets students off campus and into the community, where they can see the impact they can have, build relationships, and recognize that the world is so much greater than themselves.”

What began as a QUEST initiative has grown into a cornerstone of Pomfret’s service learning programming.
