As part of the Central ISD library department’s annual summer program, the district’s librarians hosted the second edition of an event that is quickly becoming a local favorite of district students. CISD’s second annual Touch-a-Truck event took place last Wednesday on the Central Elementary School campus. About 213 people attended to see 15 trucks up close, according to Central Junior High librarian Kristina Williford. (Click on the story in the comments.
