RLA: Read the Question First 👀
Before reading a long passage, take a quick look at the question. Knowing what you’re looking for can help you focus on the important information instead of trying to remember every detail.
👉 Tip: Go back to the passage and find evidence that supports your answer. Don’t rely only on what “sounds right.”

Today we’re highlighting the Mason County Family Support Center and the important work they do for families in our community! 💙

The Family Support Center is a valuable local resource that helps connect families with support, resources, programs, and services designed to strengthen families and help them thrive.

Why are community partnerships so important to Adult Education? Because we know that going back to school isn’t always as simple as picking up a book. Transportation, childcare, finances, employment, and other life circumstances can sometimes make reaching an educational goal more difficult.

That’s why organizations like the Mason County Family Support Center are such an important part of our community. When local programs work together, we can help connect individuals and families with the resources they need to overcome barriers and move forward.

Math: Don’t Fear the Formula Sheet 📐
You don’t have to memorize every formula for the GED Math test! Many important formulas are provided on the formula sheet. The key is knowing which formula to use and how to plug in the numbers.
👉 Tip: Practice using the GED formula sheet while you study so it feels familiar on test day.
