Some highlights from our last few weeks included a visit from the ISU Institute of Rural Health and baking chocolate chip cookies and delivering them to our hard working staff.

She has three favorite memories from playing with us— playing with the Kobie Watkins Grouptet, performing with Time For Three at the Portneuf Amphitheater, and playing on a completely improvised stage for Extreme Makeover Home Edition in Pocatello! Brea loves to improvise and jam with friends and she teaches orchestra at Holy Spirit Catholic School. Our 2023-2024 school year is off to a shiny and bright start thanks to Mike Hanson and Hanson Janitorial Supply and our very own Mr. Berry and Mr. Ibarra who have been working hard to wax the floors in our classrooms and hallway ✨

Hanson has been our supplier of janitorial items for well over 16 years and we can’t thank them enough for their continued support of our school!

Where in the world is Ms. Wallace ?? 🚲🦄

Bike rides and searching for a pet unicorn have kept Ms. Wallace and her daughter, Daphne, busy this summer.

Daphne recently received a letter from Mayor Blad that included a Unicorn License in her name and a tag to hang around its neck once she finds her special pet.

You’ll see Ms. Wallace in our S.T.R.E.A.M. Lab once school starts … but in the meantime, perhaps you can help her and Daphne in their search for the perfect unicorn! ☺️

Congratulations to Holy Spirit alum (Class of 2015), Miren Gabiola, for placing 2nd in a national singing competition! 🥳✨ We are so happy for you!

Miren is currently a senior at Idaho State University and is studying Music Education and Vocal Performance.

This summer, Mr. Berry has been busy driving the bus for our Summer Care field trips and helping make our school sparkle and shine ✨

He and Mr. Ibarra painted the girls and boys bathrooms, are painting the 3rd grade classroom, and have trimmed the bushes around our campus.

Not only did our summer care students watch Barrie's Ski and Sports Bicycle Parade - they had the fun honor of participating in it! 🤗🇺🇸

You’ll usually find Ms. Allison greeting families at the start and end of the day or in our front office 🙂 But this summer, she and her family have enjoyed traveling across the country and visiting a national landmark and five beautiful shrines.
