Every public crossing has an Emergency Notification Sign. Look for it next time you cross the tracks.

Safety Saturday: If you are ever stuck at a grade crossing, call the toll-free phone number on the blue and white ENS sign first. The ENS helps to identify the exact location allowing the dispatcher to relay the precaution and help avoid a grade crossing collision.
