Hi West Families!

It’s that time of year again! Our Annual Pie & Cookie Dough Fundraiser is BACK—and this year, we have added a little incentive that may or may not involve a gym teacher, whipped cream, and a pie to the face. 😂🥧

🥧 WANT TO PIE MR. POWERS?!

Well… YOU CAN!

This year, the class that sells the MOST fundraiser items will earn the glorious, hilarious, completely unforgettable opportunity to PIE MR. POWERS!

That’s right.

One class. One pie. One very brave Mr. Powers.

So rally the grandparents. Call the neighbors. Text your friends. Ask your coworkers. Tell the dog. (Okay, maybe the dog can sit this one out.)

We’ve got your holiday needs covered!

Frozen pies and cookie dough will be delivered right to the school before Thanksgiving—perfect for your holiday table (or, you know, eating directly from the container while hiding in the kitchen).

Calling All West Families!
Our Annual Craft Fair is coming up on November 14th, and we need your help to make it another HUGE success!
The Craft Fair is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year, and it’s always such a success because of the amazing generosity and support of our West families. We truly couldn’t do it without you!
This year, the PTA is collecting donations to create some amazing raffle prizes, and we’ve made it easy to participate. There are 4 ways you can help:

🎁 1. Donate to a Grade Basket
We are SO excited about our Grade-Level Baskets this year! This is a fun way to get the kids involved and let them see their contributions come together.
We’ll be assembling the baskets and displaying them at school for several days before the Craft Fair. That way, students can see the finished baskets and see exactly what their donations helped create! It’s a great way to show the kids how everyone working together can make something really special.

🛍️ 2. Make Your Own Gift Basket
Have a great idea for a basket? Put one together yourself! Get creative and make a basket around a theme, hobby, activity, or anything you think families would love to win.

💙 3. Don’t Want to Shop? We’ve Got You!
Skip the shopping and make a Venmo (west-pta)donation instead! The PTA will do the shopping and basket-building for you.
Easy peasy. No crowded stores required. 😉

🏪 4. Business Donations
Do you own a business or know a local business that would like to donate? We would love their support!
Gift cards, products, services, experiences, or other donations are all welcome and are a wonderful way for local businesses to support our school community.
Every donation—big or small—helps us create incredible raffle prizes and raise money for programs and activities that directly benefit our students.

Thank you, West Families, for always showing up and supporting our school! Your generosity is what makes events like the Craft Fair possible.

We are excited to announce that our brand-new West Spirit Store is officially open! 🎉

The best part? The store will be open year-round, so there’s no more worrying about missing an ordering deadline. You can shop for West gear anytime throughout the year, and all items will be shipped directly to your home!

We’ve also added some new logo designs for you to choose from. For most items, you can select which logo you’d like, and there is also an option to add a name for a personalized touch.
