Remembering Karen Schanerberger ❤️

Karen was a Kindermusik educator beginning in 1997 and since then was a mentor, curriculum writer, regional trainer, and business owner.

She was a singer at my church and sang like an angel.

She developed brain cancer and fought hard for 22 months, surviving to see her son get married and pass her business to me.

Karen passed away yesterday.

Her husband Bill told me this:

“The nurse’s aide who came to our house 3 days per week to help me get Karen cleaned and refreshed was a Kindermusik class attendee many years ago. She sang Kindermusik songs while she was working. Karen tried her best to sing along with her even though she could no longer speak.”
