If you have s*x JUST for the other person then why do you place their desires over your own?!🤔 In all of your giving of yourself to please someone else have you lost your voice? Do you know the things that are most important to you? Who stole your voice was it your dad, mom, brother, uncle, auntie, cousin, neighbourhood friend, boyfriend, girlfriend - who in your time of need did nothing to help?? Who stayed silent? Who knew you were s*xually assaulted and did nothing to protect you?! 😔

Having s*x for others it’s kinda like being r***d and assaulted all over again because your doing something you do not want to do.

Now is the time to claim your voice and address the pains of your past by sharing your heart with those who were suppose to speak up for you regardless if they validate your pain or not. You MUST voice the cries of your heart that are hidden in the depths of your subconscious and be free! Feel your pain and heal your sick self.

In your attempt to have a beautiful life with an awesome marriage did you settle for a person you kinda like? Do you think them liking you more than you liking them will carry the relationship?

To enter into one of thee most special unions on the earth with a lie that your happy with the person your choosing - how long do you think their infatuation will last with you? A lie plants a seed for more lies to grow and something intended for beauty to die.

Truth is a key to kill stress and anger in relationships from personal to professional. If this truth key is used effectively it can become a super power that guides an individual to a level of peace.

Our United States society has trained it’s citizen to not express their dissatisfaction until it builds up to the surface with anger, rage and/or separation from their stressors whether it be a person or environment. Truth allows a person to express their dissatisfaction to their stressor in order for a healthy change or better understanding of the situation to come about.

When a personal bottles up their emotion. They become a prisoner to their unexpressed emotions. Truth allows those emotions to be released and not harboured.

Truth is a great personality characteristic to add. Truth allows an individual to live freely of harm or persecution of the law due to certain unlawful actions not being apart of their character - it’s like a hardcore vegan eating chicken, its impossible.

In your pursuit of validation through the attention you didn’t receive in it’s proper form as a child, you seek it as an adult only to find out it is not the answer to your problems and praise in big portions brings more bad then good.
-
Ponder this, “is there any celebrity or notable person that loves the media or fans around them ALL the time? or do they need breaks?” From them, we learn that praise in large forms is not the answer to the void.

The answer to fill the void is simple yet complex. It requires each individual on their journey of life to accept themselves in order to love themselves, know they are valuable and understand that everyone won’t see their value because they are on their journey to accept themselves as well.

Adoration or praise only magnifies your current state it doesn’t add or subtract to you - it only magnifies. So, if your are lonely, it only magnifies your loneliness. However, if you are whole because you accept and love yourself, adoration or praise only magnifies your love.

I encourage everyone to begin their journey with the instructions aforementioned. Do you not like certain qualities about yourself?! Do you not like how you treat those around you? Even, how you treat the people nearest and dearest to you? The way you treat others and navigate throughout this life all boils down to the code you live by: “what is your code? What is your wisdom compass to navigate this life?”

Changing parts of ourselves sometimes requires us to relay the foundation of our lives. Once that new foundation of thought is laid the change sought after becomes attainable.

My personal code is the all of the wisdom contained in the Bible. It directs me through most difficult fo situation and keeps me safe. It allows me to guides my hand to write these posts! 😉

In our modern day society, everything is fast - attention spans are fast, food is fast, internet is fast, cars are fast, etc. It is counter intuitive to believe in this fast paced society that something can be gained by not moving at all and taking a moment to breathe - being still.

Stillness is the foundation of growth, we sleep a great portion of our lives.

Trees grow strong rooted in one place - being provided sun, water, and nutrients from the earth. People are like moving trees provided the same things with one of the their greatest sources of growth being the ideas they are nourished with. The ideas of what happiness is, what life is about, who they are, what their life purpose is, etc. These ideas all guiding the level and the strength to which they will grow.

When life is great and when it is challenging, when you are happy and when you are sad sit and be still in that moment of embracing your emotions and your experience of life and a deeper and greater revelation can be discovered that will help you on your journey.

I challenge everyone who reads this post to sit outside or in comfortable place and be still. Cut off all your electronics and postpone all your tasks. Try sitting for 15 min then build up your time to 3 hours+ - the time is based on your individual need. When first sitting with yourself accept every thought good or bad - you don’t need a solution to your problems. You first need to accept them, that allows your heart to be in a place to want to seek out a solution. If you have “no” problems just being still is a beautiful rejuvenation that is like ice cream on a warm day.

Until someone you care about wants to change, sees a need to change, and makes steps to change. Every word you speak will be received and not used because they have to “want” it!

You can see the problem like 2 + 2 = x. You can tell them the answer. You can explain it to them in simple terms and elaborate forms. You can provide examples. You can bring all parties involved in the drama together to talk it out. You can bring a loving and supporting cast to support you in your pursuit to help them get to “x” only for them to say “you don’t understand. The answer isn’t 4. That’s linear mathematics. This is non-linear mathematics. thank you for trying help.” Then, they continue to go on about their problem.

Sadly, pain sometimes, is the only answer that allows a person to hear…

Let those you love embrace pain…

Patiently, wait on the side lines until their pain opens their eyes and be there to assist when they “want” it.
