We will be sparring today, Monday 6/1/26 in our 6:15 PM to 7:00 PM class. If you are junior adult and you do not spar you are welcome to come to our 5:15 PM to 6:00 PM class. 😊❤️🥋

Today we honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice, courage, and dedication will never be forgotten. This Memorial Day, we remember our fallen heroes and express our deepest gratitude for the freedoms they fought to protect. 🫡❤️🇺🇸
