OK so newest update as of today Sunday November 26.... I am not going to be teaching Zumba at the Learning Safari anymore. The space that I use has been generously offered to me for the last couple of months so that I can build-up a clientele. I was not able to build-up a solid enough crew to cover the costs. I gave it my best effort.

I just wanted to let you all know so you can make other plans...If you choose to continue a workout or exercise routine.

Thank you to everyone who made this a fun experience and I hope you continue to find wonderful ways to build-up your health and wellness in the seasons to come. Maybe I bump into 1 or 2 or more of you in a class in the future.

Take Camelot drive all way down to the end and you'll see Mary B lane on the right ...it is right next door to a building called MAG truck.
$5 for the class, you will burn about 600-900 calories and take at least 6000 steps..... kinda worth it!!!!

I promise a fantastic work out!!!
And... it doesn't matter your level of fitness or energy when you 1st walk in the door it's tailor made to help us all love our shape !!!

FYI.... last night's work out gave us 932 calories burned with 6490 steps taken. I'd say that's a pretty good set of results for a workout. Hope to see some new faces..... I'm gonna keep this going because I love the work out.

OK my loveliez.... as you all now I am trying to rebuild our group. I wanna be able to teach on Monday nights at 7:15 inside the Learning Safari the adress is 14 Mary B lane.
It's a beautiful little school in the Plymouth industrial park behind the BJ's Wholesale Clubs and Big Lots shopping center.

But I'm not getting any kind of solid response so before I give up I'd love to give it another try and see who's actually committed to coming.
If you have any questions about whether or not you can do this I promise you, you will get a great workout! You will not hurt knees and backs because I know how to protect those.... i have those issues myself! You will not look foolish.. . you will not feel like you have to learn a dance routine. I repeat the songs on purpose so that your body gets used to the music and remembers how to move. It is a solid one hour workout and my calorie burn even after all these years is still over 800 per hour and the step count is over 6000. So let me know. . do I keep trying, or do I just move along.....
