In honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, join us this September as we GO GOLD for HOPE! 🎗️

Our district is proud to be partnering with South Shore Action for Hope to show our support and bring awareness to childhood cancer. During the week of September 21-25, each school will have a gold boot in the lobby and will be collecting spare change to benefit Pediatric Cancer research. Students may also bring in homemade cards to be delivered to children who are battling cancer.

On Friday, September 25th, students and staff are encouraged to wear yellow or gold to show their support for those in our community who are impacted by childhood cancer. THANK YOU for your support! 💛

💙 Be Part of Something Special—Join the South Elementary PTA!

Our school is more than just a place to learn—it’s a community, and our PTA helps make that community stronger! 🏫✨
When you join the PTA, you’re not just signing up for a membership. You’re becoming part of a group of families, teachers, and staff who are working together to make South Elementary School an even more amazing place!

From fun family events and school celebrations to supporting our teachers and creating special experiences for our students, the PTA makes a BIG difference! 🎉📚🍎

And the best part? You don’t have to have a lot of time to make an impact! Every family brings something special, and even the smallest contribution of time, ideas, or support helps our school community thrive.
