⛳️☀️ Talk about an un-FORE-gettable way to celebrate the school year coming to an end! Our Plymouth Center Transitional students soaked up the perfect, sunny weather this week with an epic day of mini-golf. We are so proud of all their hard work this year! 🎉😎

We want to extend a huge congratulations to our 2026 GAP Class!!

The GAP program is a two-semester, post-graduate experience designed to help 18-to-21-year-olds successfully transition into higher education or the workforce. Through specialized seminars, practical experiences, and optional internships or college courses, participants build essential social, vocational, and independent living skills.

Congratulations to all the students for successfully completing our program and taking this tremendous step toward a bright, independent future! We’re all so very proud of you.

PAC’s Silver Lake Transitional Class teamed up with the amazing Silver Lake Middle School Best Buddies for an out-of-this-world crafting project! Together, these fantastic students worked incredibly hard and collaborated every step of the way to bring a beautiful paper-mache solar system to life. We are so proud of their incredible teamwork and creativity—way to shine bright, everyone! 🌟🚀

Our seniors enjoyed a special breakfast in their honor today. Thank you to all the staff who helped prepare and serve the food.
