Mount Olivet Child Learning Center (MOCLC) is looking to expand our staff by adding a full time Float Teacher to our team!

The Float Teacher is responsible for supporting the staff by working in all classrooms of the Child Learning Center: Infants, Ones, Toddlers, Preschool, and Pre-K. Duties include covering teachers' days off; providing prep, planning, and team meeting time; assisting with various projects and administrative tasks.

This position requires flexibility, patience, comprehensive knowledge and understanding of child development, and the ability to work well with our entire staff. Candidates must be MN DHS Teacher or Assistant Teacher qualified.

Mount Olivet Child Learning Center (MOCLC) is growing our staff and accepting applications to fill our Float Teacher position. We are looking for someone who demonstrates flexibility in working with young children of all ages in an early education setting. The Float Teacher is a position that requires flexibility and adaptability, working as a teacher in all five MOCLC classrooms (Infants-Pre-K) as needed. This teacher provides staff with prep, planning and team meeting time, covers lunch breaks and vacation days, and works on projects to benefit and support the child learning center.

On Tuesday, the Pre-K class hosted a lemonade stand to raise money for KidPack Minnesota (an organization that provides students and families in need with food for the weekend and school breaks). Their goal was to raise $200 to donate, and they (more than) DOUBLED their goal! Thank you to the Pre-K students, their teachers, and our generous community!
