Get ready for some Halloween fun at PCIS!

Our Grade 6 students will have the opportunity to celebrate with a Grade 6 Costume Ball, featuring music, dancing, and plenty of school appropriate Halloween spirit. More details about the Costume Ball below

For the entire PCIS community, Costume Day will be a fun opportunity for students and staff to show their creativity and school spirit. Students are welcome to wear a school appropriate costume and join in the celebration. This is a fundraiser for our Thanksgiving food drive. See details below

Please remember that costumes must be appropriate for school and may not include masks that cover the entire face, weapons or realistic weapon replicas, or anything that could disrupt the learning environment. Students should also be able to safely participate in their regular school activities while wearing their costume.

The PCIS Fitness Club is off to a great start! We have so many students getting involved and making fitness a priority this year. Students are working hard, challenging themselves, and building healthy habits while having fun with their peers.

It’s great to see our Falcons getting active and supporting one another along the way! 🦅💪

Today, PCIS came together to honor the upcoming Indigenous Peoples’ Day by learning about the history of Orange Shirt Day and the tragic impact the residential school system had on Indigenous communities. Wearing orange symbolizes the loss of identity and culture experienced by many Indigenous children while also representing remembrance, healing, resilience, and hope.

We were honored to welcome Mr. Greendeer, a member of the Ho-Chunk Nation who married into the Mashpee Wampanoag community. His dancers shared traditions from these combined cultures through a special cultural dance presentation.

Students had the opportunity to learn about the intricate regalia worn by the dancers, appreciate their athleticism, and gain a deeper understanding of the cultural traditions being shared. We are grateful to Mr. Greendeer and the dancers for helping our students learn, reflect, and celebrate the resilience of Indigenous communities.

We are proud of our PCIS students for showing respect and appreciation throughout this meaningful cultural experience. Plymouth EDTVPlymouth Public Schools

Senators Pie and Cookie Dough Fundraiser
Our yearly PCIS tradition of giving out food baskets is upon us and we really need your help. The PCIS Senators club is doing a pie and cookie dough fundraiser to help feed our PCIS Community. Anyone can purchase a pie or cookie dough online by 10/20 and pick it up at PCIS on 11/12 from 9:30-3:00. People can also donate a pie to our Thanksgiving Baskets (which is needed this year) and can order something from their "Simply Shipped" fundraiser and mail it to anyone in the U.S. as a gift if they want! Please consider giving what you can to help. Thank you." Any questions, please contact Rosario Lovell. [email protected]

To celebrate 9-to-5 Day (September 25th), our Gemini staff had a little fun channeling their inner Dolly Parton! 🎶✨

Staff enjoyed pink snacks, festive drinks, and plenty of “Cup of Ambition” to celebrate the day and one of Dolly’s most iconic songs and movies.

A big thank-you to our Gemini staff for bringing some fun and energy to the school day! 💕🎀☕🎶

A huge thank you to our PCIS families for supporting our Going Gold for Hope this week in recognition of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month! Your generosity and support have helped us come together as a school community to raise awareness and support the fight against childhood cancer.

Today, PCIS was shining bright in gold! 💛 We loved seeing so many of our students and staff proudly wearing gold and showing their support. A special thank-you to everyone who participated, donated spare change, created cards, or simply helped spread the word.

We are incredibly proud of the compassion and generosity demonstrated by our PCIS Falcons. Thank you for helping us Go Gold for Hope! 🎗️💛Plymouth Public Schools
