Milk carton village
1. Paper beverage cartons, pint, quart and half gallon
2. Paint
3. Cereal box
4. Cardboard
5. Corks
6. Glue
7. Toothpicks and scissors
Directions
1. Push the plastic pour spout into the cartons and cut the top fin and bottoms off the cartons.
2. Pain the cartons and let them dry
3. Cut and decorate paper windows and doors and glue them to the cartons.
4. Cut and fold and glue the cereal box pieces on top of the cartons to create the roof tops
5. Pop a cork in the spout hole and glue it into place. Add smoke by attaching a cloud cut from white cardboard to a toothpick and stick it in a cork.
Breakfast Stuffed Waffles
1. 1 tsp of olive oil
2. 4 large eggs (lightly beaten)
3. 1 16 ounce tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
4. 8 slices of cheddar cheese
5. 8 slices of thinly sliced ham or your favorite deli meat
Directions
1. Preheat a waffle iron to medium high heat and lightly oil the top and bottom of the waffle iron or coat it with nonstick spray.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the eggs by whisking until they begin to set, cooking until it is thickened and no visible liquid egg remains, about 3-5 minutes and set it aside.
3. Separate the biscuits into 8, cutting each biscuits half lengthwise to create 16 pieces,
4. Working on the batches, place the biscuits halves into the waffle iron and top it with cheese ham, eggs and top it off with the other half of the biscuit. Close gently and cook until it is golden brown and crisp, abut 3-4 minutes and then serve immediately.

DIY Pencil Holder
1. Paper core
2. Thick cardboard
3. Stash yarns (optional)
4. Stash felts (optional)
5. Masking tape (optional)
6. Craft, PVA and white glue
Directions
Trace the circumference of the tube on the thick cardboard and cut the circle out. Attach the circle to the base of the paper tube with masking tape. Cut a piece of the felt glue and glue it to the base with the craft glue. Leave it for a few minutes to dry or until the felt rack on the well to the base before you start to roll the yarn around the tube. Start gluing the yarn from the top. If you find the yarn a little difficult to attach to the tube, wait until the glue is tacky before wrapping the yarn around. The beginning is always the toughest part to start with this project. After wrapping a few rounds, turn the tube upside down and continue wrapping. You may change the color of the yarn or just to keep it one color. Decorate the pencil holder with embellishment when the yarn is securely affixed to the tube. Wait until everything is dry, place the pencil holder to keep your stationery in it.
Easy 2 minute scrambled egg in a mug
1. 2 eggs
2. 2 tablespoons of milk
3. 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese
4. Your favorite herbs or seasonings
Directions
1. Coat a 12oz mug that is microwave safe with cooking spray. Add eggs and milk and beat until it has been blended.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds and then stir
3. Microwave until the eggs are set about 30-45 seconds longer
4. Top it off with cheese, salt peppers and herbs of your choice
5. Enjoy
10 minute easy cheesy pizza toast
1. 6 slices of bread
2. 1c of pizza sauce
3. 1/2 of mini pepperoni's or your favorite pizza topping
4. 1 tsp of parsley or garnish
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 and line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the bread on the prepared baking sheet and spread the bread with the pizza sauce. Top the pizza with mozzarella and pepperonis and place it in the oven and bake it until the cheese is melted and the pepperoni is slightly crisped. It should take 5-7 minutes and then garnish it with parsley and extra cheese.
Ranch pretzels
1. Oil w**d
2. Dill w**d
3. Pre-made dry ranch dressing
4. Any pretzel sticks
Directions
1. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and a resealable bag for an easier clean up.
2. Stir all together until the pretzels are evenly cooked coated in the oil and the other ingredients.
3. Spread the pretzels out on two baking sheets
4. Bake the ranch pretzels for one hour at 250 degrees F. While the pretzels bake give them a stir every 15 minutes.
5. Cool the pretzels and then they're ready to serve. Or store them in a air light container if your making them ahead.

Since everyone is stuck at home right now, here are some ideas that you can make
2 Step Soda Bottle Containers
1. 1 liter, 1.5 liter or 2 liter bottles
2. Scissors (Safety scissors for little kids recommended)
3. Glue (Hot with parental help and heavy duty glue)
4. Green or red paint
5. Small pieces of cardboard for the stem of the apple
6. Small pieces of paper for the leaves
Directions:
For a larger apple containers, use a 2 liter soda bottle, they work as great. First, make sure you wash and dry the soda bottle completely. Next, cut carefully out the bottom of the soda bottles. Paint them green or red of your choice and let them dry. Use a small piece of cardboard for the stem and leafs.
French toast in a Mug recipe
1. 3 slices of bread
2. Vanilla extract
3. 1 large egg
4. 4 tsp of milk
5. Your favorite toppings
Directions:
In a large bowl or measuring cup, crack the large egg and add the vanilla, milk and cinnamon. Wisk until all the ingredients until the egg is beaten. To prevent the toast sticking to the pan, spray a layer of cooking spray or butter. Cut the slices of bread into bite sized cubes and add it to the mug. Pour the egg, milk, vanilla and the cinnamon mixture into the mug until the bread is covered in the mixture. Place the mug in a microwave for about 60-90 seconds until the mixture is solid. (The mug may be hot, let the mug stand for 2 minutes before removing it from your microwave.)
Peanut butter and jelly apples
1. 2 apples
2. Peanut butter or Sunflower butter
3. Your favorite jelly or fruit spread
Directions:
Slice the apples into 1/4 round. Use a small cookie cutter to cut the core from the center of the slice.Then spread the peanut butter on jelly on the half of the slices and enjoy.

Looking for a lifestyle change and being able to spend more time with his family. Kevin and Jamie jumped at the opportunity to open an inclusive recreation center for children of all ages and abilities. With many years of hands on experience in Special Needs Recreational Program we welcomed Kevin aboard.
