Parks’ Place celebrated WHS Students in the Class of 2026 who serve as remarkable caregivers and activity assistants.

These students participated in a graduation celebration, recognizing their achievement and sharing the moment with the residents.

Parks’ Place is one of our partner sites for the CNA course, and most of these students completed the course at WHS before joining Parks’ Place’s team.

What a great opportunity to celebrate all these students!

Wayzata High School is offering a sports physical and vaccination clinic for students at WHS. Whether you are insured or uninsured, you are invited to sign up your student for convenient medical care at school.

Congratulations to our National French Contest award recipients!

National winners in French Level 1 are gold medalists Kate Anderson and Shreya Reddy Goluguri, and silver medalists Amber Behl and Jyeshtha Verma.

National winners in French Level 2 are gold medalists Sebastian Figueroa and Harper Lundeen-Hetland, silver medalist Harper Midboe, and bronze medalist Prisha Sharma.

The national winner in French Level 3 is gold medalist Yan-Ru Cao.

Congratulations to next year’s Executive Team Reporters, Brooklyn Alstead, Addy Vaughan, and Ava Toolan!

In these positions, they will be creating content for Wayzata High School’s social media platforms, capturing student and staff life, and updating the school’s hallways during the 2026-2027 school year!

📖 For students in grades 9-11, yearbook pickup will take place in Gym 9 during all four lunches on Thursday, May 28.

⭐️ Shoutout to all the students who have worked so hard to make our yearbooks so special! Thank you !

🗓️ We strongly encourage everyone to pick up their books on Thursday. Friday, May 29, will serve as a makeup day if you are unable to pick up your yearbook on Thursday.

Last week, we celebrated our Honors Mentor Connection (HMC) students as they presented their research projects at the Honors Mentor Connection Scholars Forum.

HMC is a full-year class that supports students in developing a research question they are passionate about, connects them with a professor, and helps them develop skills essential to a career in academia.

The Honors Mentor Connection Scholars Forum began with a brief program and was followed by a poster session in the Commons. Here, 25 HMC students displayed their work and described their research to the audience members.

Congratulations to all our HMC students for your incredible accomplishments! Thank you to advisors Amanda Laden and Amy Swenson for supporting our HMC students.

🧸 Child Psychology 2 students need your help! We want each of our Trojan Tot Preschoolers to go into the summer with a “new to them” toy and/or book.
