North Woods Community Round Up is almost here and we seriously can’t wait. After Track & Field Day wraps up, we’re keeping the fun going with inflatables, food trucks, playground play, music from a live DJ, and a chance for families to just hang out and enjoy being together.

No tickets. No pressure. Just a fun spring night with our school community.

As the school year starts winding down, this ALL PARENT meeting is an important chance to reflect on everything our North Woods community accomplished together and help shape what comes next.

We’ll be wrapping up this year’s events, sharing updates, and beginning to plan for the 2026–2027 school year.

If you can't attend in person please connect virtually! Your voice, ideas, and participation truly matter.

PTO decisions impact the experiences, traditions, and opportunities we create for our students, staff, and families all year long.

A huge thank you to everyone that donated, attended, and volunteered at the carnival last week! It was such a beautiful day and wonderful to be able to spread out inside and outside to help with crowding. It was our most well-attended carnival yet! To make it easy, every event includes a step-by-step planning guide and support from the PTO board - so whether you’ve volunteered before or it’s your first time, you’ll have everything you need.

Our Silent Auction baskets will officially open TONIGHT at Carnival and we wanted to give everyone a process guide because parents, teachers, volunteers, and local businesses have poured so much time, creativity, and generosity into making these baskets happen ❤️

From themed experiences to local favorites to fun family items, these baskets turned out AMAZING this year.

Even more meaningful? Every dollar raised goes right back to our school and directly benefits our students through PTO-supported programs, supplies, experiences, and enrichment opportunities.

We’ll share the full bidding process in the slides below so everyone knows exactly how it works before the fun begins tonight 🎉

Thank you for supporting our school community and for showing up so strongly for our kids. We truly could not do events like this without you.v

And of course… what’s a Carnival without warm, fresh mini donuts? 🍩✨

We’re excited to have Gray Duck Concessions joining us this year with their incredible made-to-order mini donuts - and the best part? Everything is 100% gluten free!

From classic cinnamon sugar to fun flavors like Cookies & Cream, S’mores, Birthday Cake, and Maple Bacon, there’s something for everyone.

They’ll also have coffee, hot cocoa, chai, mango lemonade, caramel apple cider, and more available during the carnival.

One thing we really wanted to focus on this year was bringing in a variety of local small businesses and food options that more families could enjoy - including gluten free choices that still feel fun and indulgent.

Gray Duck was the perfect fit for that 💛
