The North Woods Family Directory is still housed in Membership Toolkit, but returning families should take a minute to update their child’s grade and teacher for the new school year so the directory stays current.

Returning families:

New families:

📅 New this year: subscribe to the North Woods calendar!

You can now follow the link or scan the QR code on the calendar to subscribe using Apple iCal or Google Calendar. Once subscribed, PTO dates will sync directly to your personal calendar, making it much easier to keep track of everything happening throughout the school year.

We also heard feedback from families that you wanted fundraising opportunities to be shared more clearly and transparently, so this year we’ve laid them all out on the calendar from the start.

One important note: Hustle & Howl is our largest and most impactful fundraiser of the year. It is the event where we hope families will focus most of their fundraising energy, because the funds raised there make the biggest difference in what the PTO is able to provide for North Woods students and staff.

The other fundraisers you’ll see throughout the year are intentionally smaller, extra opportunities — things like restaurant nights and community partnerships. They are simply additional ways to support North Woods when it works for your family.

All fundraising opportunities are completely optional. Our goal is transparency, not pressure. We want families to know what’s available and be able to choose what they’d like to participate in.

We also recommend printing a copy of the calendar to keep somewhere handy at home for a quick look at upcoming PTO events, family nights, fundraisers, and other important dates.

North Woods Community Round Up is almost here and we seriously can’t wait. After Track & Field Day wraps up, we’re keeping the fun going with inflatables, food trucks, playground play, music from a live DJ, and a chance for families to just hang out and enjoy being together.

No tickets. No pressure. Just a fun spring night with our school community.
