If you want to get better you have to push yourself. This is definitely the place to do it. Make your training hard so your competitions feel easy.

Attention!!!
Starting this Friday the 6:30 class will now be a No Gi Competition Class with Coach Kyle and Emily.
We will be bringing intensity to the mats to prepare everyone for the speed and intensity you’ll find at tournaments.
This class is geared towards competitors, but anyone that wants to push themselves and is ready to work hard is welcome to come train.

Sometimes new parents come in and ask if we teach actual Jiu Jitsu to our 3-6 year old kids. My answer is always an emphatic “YES!”.
This month our kids programs are focused on wrestling for Jiu Jitsu. These kids put in so much effort day in and day out. I couldn’t be more proud of them.

The intensity and technique is impressive in our 3-6 year old program. These kids are incredible.

There’s nothing like a little healthy competition to help you grow as a grappler and a person! Congratulations to all of the Mat Monsters today, every one of them showed grit and technical improvement. Now time for a month of wrestling!
