@plymouthstate … 5 years ago, I made the decision to leave Western Canada and attend this small school in New England. What felt like a gamble at the time couldn’t have led to a better outcome. I can confidently say that this was the best decision of my life. Not only was I able to fulfil a dream of playing college hockey, but more importantly, I created relationships that will last a lifetime. The academics, community, social atmosphere and athletics have been everything a student-athlete could want. This campus is filled with the most amazing people, something I don’t take for granted, and I’ve been so lucky to be part of the Plymouth culture. For that, I am extremely thankful. To my coaches, the community, my family, and lastly my teammates and friends, thank you for making this the best experience I could ask for and molding me into the person I am today. I couldn’t have done it without you. As the spring approaches, and winter sports come to an end, we at GEO wanted to take the time to honor two of our INCREDIBLE international Ski Team members. Both and earned All-American honors at the 2021 NCAA Championships in March, something that had never been done in Plymouth State’s history. Congratulations to our amazingly gifted internationals, keep excelling in all facets of PSU life, we’re proud of you!

Zoë is a junior, studying Psychology from Vienna, Austria. Alongside her studies, Zoë is a valued member of the Women’s Ice Hockey team here at PSU.
