East Point Dojo - Plymouth, MA Matsubayashi-ryu Dojo: Beginners and Advanced students study Karate-do as per the principles and techniques taught by Shoshin Nagamine and Hanshi Frank Grant.

This dojo is certified, chartered and guided by the World Shorin-ryu Karate-do Federation - USA. Take a week of classes for free. You will then know if you want, or even, have to continue training; if the instructor is right for you; if becoming a karate-ka will enhance your life. It is a wonderful way of life. Discipline, Proficient Skill, Confidence, Respect for Self and all others. Become the shiniest version of Self.
