Join us for an evening of fun, food, and fellowship at Plumstead Christian School’s Back to School Picnic! This event is for ALL PCS FAMILIES with students in Preschool - 12th grade!

Just come! No need to bring anything but your appetite, lawn chairs or a picnic blanket. Dinner and dessert is provided!

📅 Monday, September 21

📍 Middle & Upper School Campus; in the lawn east of the Millham Family Activity Center (just behind the baseball field’s left field fence and spilling into left field).

🕔 5:00 – 7:00 PM

🪑 Don’t forget your lawn chair or picnic blanket!

Come early to cheer on our Varsity Soccer and Field Hockey Teams at their home games at 3:45 PM — let’s show them some PCS spirit!

This is a public event and is open to all high school students, parents, and a few local high schools in the surrounding area.

Our Lower School Open House was full of smiles, excitement, and the joy of a new school year! Students had the chance to meet their teachers, drop off their school supplies, and get settled in their classrooms—and even stop by for a special hello (and photo!) with the Plumstead Panther. ❤️

We loved welcoming our new Middle & Upper School students and their parents for Orientation Day! Our student ambassadors helped families feel right at home as we kicked off this new chapter together. Senior Sunrise - PCS Class of 2027!

A beautiful PCS tradition as our seniors gathered at Peace Valley Park to welcome the start of their final year together. Although they were missing a few class members -- this is a special group of young people ready to take on senior year, and beyond! As the sun rises on a new season, we’re grateful for the memories already made and trusting God with all that lies ahead as they begin their last year at Plumstead Christian School. ❤️

School starts next week but fall sports are already in full swing and the newest athletic program at PCS - our golf program - is off to a strong start! ⛳

The High School varsity team, competing in their second year as a program, is off to a 4-0 start and currently leading the league led by a strong core of underclassmen.

Early season success includes a school individual record round of 34 by James G. and and school team record score of 189 in a win vs FCA. The middle school club team (future varsity!) is up to 20 participants and kicked off their season with a series of clinics prior to getting on the course in the next several weeks.

Congratulations to the varsity team on a great start and the middle school club team on a strong turnout- the future of PCS golf looks bright! GO PANTHERS!

The hallways are quiet for just a little longer… but in a few days, they’ll be filled with laughter, excitement, nervousness, questions, challenges, and the beautiful energy of a new school year.

Today, our faculty and staff gathered to kick off the 2026–2027 school year and hear from our Head of School, Mr. Fitzpatrick, as we reflected on our theme: TRANSFORMED, rooted in 2 Corinthians 5:7.

Mr. Fitzpatrick shared that this week is about preparing classrooms, lessons, schedules, and plans—but even more importantly, it’s about preparing our hearts.

Because the greatest thing we bring into our classrooms isn’t a perfect lesson plan. It’s a heart surrendered to Jesus. A heart that remembers that in Christ, we are new creations.

Transformed by the gospel.
Transformed in our thinking.
Transformed in our relationships.
Transformed in our leadership.
Transformed in our service.
Transformed in the way we educate children.

Our prayer is that when students walk through our doors next week, they encounter something of Christ through us—His compassion in the way we treat them, His truth in the way we teach them, His patience in the way we correct them, His humility in the way we lead them, and His love in the way we serve them.
