🏔️ Moving to New Heights in Learning! 🐾

North Little Rock 6–8 educators joined Arch Ford System Support Specialist for School Improvement Jacob Sisson for a deep dive into using Learning Ladders as a guide for learning.

Teachers explored how to unpack Standards and ATLAS Achievement Level Descriptors into clear learning targets that help define Success Criteria, rigorous assessment, and systems of response for intervention and enrichment.

🎯 Clear targets. Strong instruction. Responsive support. A path toward success for every learner.

Center Valley Elementary in the Russellville School District is entering year three of strengthening their system for behavior support! Systems Support Specialist Bethany Hill has followed their journey over the last two years, and recently spent time with the staff to focus on the pillars for sustaining a culture of learning at high levels for all. We can't wait to see what's in store for CVE in the new school year!

🦅💜💛 Moving on Up at Mayflower Elementary!

K–4 educators at Mayflower Elementary met with System Support Specialist for School Improvement Jacob Sisson to focus on designing Learning Ladders aligned with Arkansas Standards and ATLAS Achievement Descriptors.

Educators worked together to create clear learning steps that help identify where students are, where they need to go, and how to move them toward mastery. 🪜🎯

It was a great day of learning, collaboration, and planning for student success with the Mayflower Eagles!

Last week, our Early Childhood Team was on the road! From Kidzplace in Ola, to a meet and greet in NLR, to Dardanelle Primary with their brand new preschool staff, we had the privilege of pouring into some incredible educators. ❤️

Early childhood educators are building brains, shaping hearts, and laying the foundation for everything that comes next. When we pour into early childhood educators, we are pouring into children, families, schools, and entire communities.
What a privilege it is to support the people doing this incredibly important work.

Awards are up to $10,000 for STEM equipment and materials to use in your school

The Heber Springs Elementary staff recently spent the day focusing on the importance of a common language for learning and behavior. Systems Support Specialist Bethany Hill facilitated conversations centered on their plan for adult alignment through their behavior expectations and understanding of the different phases of engagement. This is the beginning of a year long building of a system for tier one and tier two support for skill building in executive functioning! Arch Ford is excited to be involved in their journey this school year.
