We finished up our Summer Dance Camp today - two groups all week - morning & afternoon sessions - ages 8-12! They had a blast!
They learned four whole dances this week - Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop & Modern - and performed them for their families today!

They also get to perform one of their dances at Celebrate Plover tomorrow at our 11:00 performance after the Veterans Tribute!
We have 18 routines performing in that show including the Dance Camp, dances from our June Recital and some other Summer Theater classes!

We had a great week at Teen Dance Camp! Lots of energy and great material learned. I'm so proud of all of the Student Choreography they created also! Enjoyable to spend a week of summer fun dancing together! Today was especially fun with pizza party lunch, dance games & performance! Great job dancers!

Great job to our Dance Team dancers that attended Symposium Nationals this past week. We had 11 routines partitpate. Evelynn's solo received a Judges Award "Fun & Free" and Madelyn's solo recieved a Judges Award for "Grace & Texture" and Anna got a Judges Award for "Full Commitment". CJ's solo was also selected for the GRAND FINALS on Sunday. And we had three dancers participate in the Diamond Dancer routine.

We have had some dance team dancers at the Symposium Nationals in Rochester this past week. Three of them get to perform the Diamond Dancer routine on Sunday. And CJ's solo was selected for Grand Finals!! Congratulations!!

We had a wonderful week at Princess Dance Camp!!! The highlight was the Tea Party with Cinderella & Belle where all of the girls were officially crowned real princesses!!! We also had a Royal Performance today! All of the dancers learned two dances to perform. We made princess crafts this week - decorated crowns & magic mirrors and made necklaces & poke-it princesses!
It was a fun-filled, delightful week - one of my favorite of the year! Love seeing the girls dress up as princesses each day and watch the magic of princesses come to life!
