We’re excited to partner with BSH Home Appliances to bring our hands-on culinary experiences to BSH Experience & Design Centers, starting in Beverly Hills and Washington, DC!

First up: ZWILLING Essential Knife Skills, a hands-on class covering essential cutting techniques using ZWILLING Pro and MIYABI knives.

The class is $99.99 and includes a ZWILLING Pro 4” Paring Knife valued at $79.99 to take home.

Guided by our ZWILLING Chefs, you’ll prepare a selection of beautifully crafted small plates while exploring a different cooking technique with each dish, from smoking and steaming to sous vide, poaching, and pan-searing.

This immersive cooking class brings together the bold, fragrant flavors that define Middle Eastern cuisine, from mezze to skewers to dessert.

You’ll start by baking za’atar pita, then build classic spreads like smoky baba ganoush and creamy hummus. Fresh shepherd salad adds brightness, followed by the heart of the meal: spiced lamb kofta kebabs and yogurt-marinated chicken skewers cooked to perfection.

The experience continues with golden saffron tahdig studded with raisins and pistachios, and finishes on a sweet note with crispy kunafeh, the ultimate Middle Eastern dessert.

On Sunday, October 11, we’re bringing Oktoberfest 2026, the second edition to the ZWILLING Cooking Studio.

Our chefs are preparing a German-inspired feast featuring: Schweinshaxe, Schnitzel, Käse Spätzle, beer-braised brats, Flammkuchen, Bavarian pretzels, Westphalian beef stew, Bee Sting Cake, and more.

Want the full Oktoberfest experience? Our $85 pairing ticket includes the entire menu plus five craft beer pairings from Soul Brewery.

Travel through the flavors and techniques of China, Japan, and Korea during our two-hour, hands-on Art of Dumplings cooking class.

🥟 China: Shrimp Shumai, steamed to perfection

🥟 Japan: Fried Pork Gyoza with those signature pleats

🥟 Korea: Kimchi Mandu filled with vegetables and homemade kimchi

You’ll work through the entire dumpling-making process; from dough and fillings to folding, cooking, and several dipping sauces. We’ll even teach you how to make the kimchi!

Three different dumpling traditions and plenty of new skills to bring home to your own kitchen.
