🐲 Our Tai Chi Level 1 exam is officially done!

Everyone has made a lot of progress, especially considering this was their first time learning Tai Chi. From the very beginning to completing their first exam today, they’ve come a long way!

Thank you to our Shifu Wang for her patience and guidance, and thank you to everyone for putting in the time and practicing. 👏

First exam completed—now let’s keep working and keep improving! 💪

🐲 2026 First World Wushu Open Championships｜Post-Competition Gratitude & Sharing

It’s been a week since the competition, and we came together again to reflect on the experience.

This time, it wasn’t just about scores and medals. We encouraged our students to share:
🏆 What they did well
💪 What they’re proud of
📚 What they can improve
🌱 What they hope to do better next time

Competition isn’t just about winning. It’s about discovering yourself, recognizing where you can improve, and bringing those lessons back to training to become a little better each day.

Thank you to all our parents, students, and Shifus for your support and dedication!

That’s what competition is really about—and one of the most valuable parts of growing along the way. 🐲🏆

Kungfu Dragon USA | 2026 First World Wushu Open Championships

On September 5–6, 2026, Kungfu Dragon USA proudly participated in the 2026 First World Wushu Open Championships. More than 60 of our students represented our academy and achieved outstanding results!

🏆 7 Overall Grand Champion Trophies
🥇 162 Gold Medals
🥈 67 Silver Medals
🥉 23 Bronze Medals
🏅 3 First-Place Team Trophies
✨ 252 Total Medals!

Behind every medal and every achievement are countless hours of training, dedication, and hard work. From the long hours of preparation before the competition to giving their best on the tournament floor, every student showed commitment, courage, and determination.

We are also incredibly proud of our coaching staff and grateful to all of our parents. Our students’ success is truly a team effort—from the guidance and encouragement of our shifus to the support of our families every step of the way.

But for us, competition is about more than medals and trophies.

Through this experience, our students learned how to handle pressure, face challenges, respect their opponents, and keep going even when things get difficult. These lessons and personal growth are far more valuable than any medal.

A big thank you to all of our students, parents, and shifus for your hard work, dedication, and support. We will continue to work together to help our students grow stronger, more confident, and more disciplined—not only in martial arts, but in life.

That is what competition is all about, and that is one of the most valuable parts of growing through martial arts! 🐲🏆

Congratulations to Alex Chuang! 🎉🥇

At the 2026 World Wushu Open Championships, Alex Chuang earned 1st place in the Nan Gun event with a score of 9.02, and with a total score of 26.56, he was awarded the Men’s 15-Year-Old Wushu Overall Champion!

What touched us even more than the results was the support and friendship shown outside of the competition.

After two full days of competition, even late on the second evening, Shifu and many students stayed to support and cheer for Alex. Even more special, students from other martial arts schools also joined in and cheered him on.

At that moment, it truly became about much more than the competition itself.

There are winners and losers in competition, but martial arts brings people together. Supporting and encouraging one another is the true meaning of “making friends through martial arts.”

Seeing the students work so hard, and seeing this kind of friendship and support among everyone, made us feel very proud and deeply moved.

Congratulations again, Alex! 👏
And thank you to all the Shifus, students, parents, and friends from other martial arts schools who stayed, supported, and cheered him on! 🙏🥋

Life can be stressful, and Kung Fu is a great way to let it all out.
After school or after work, we come together because of our love for Kung Fu. We train, sweat, and leave the stress of the day behind! 💪🐲

Training until you’re covered in sweat and your clothes are completely soaked actually feels pretty good. 💦
