đź’™ WHY JOIN PTO? Because in a small school, a little help makes a BIG impact.
Our first PES PTO meeting of the year is coming up, and we would love to see some new faces around the table!
PTO isn’t just about fundraisers and meetings. Over the last few years, we’ve seen firsthand what can happen when parents, teachers, local businesses and our community work together.
The money we raise goes right back into our school by helping fund field trips, classroom needs, student activities, special events, staff appreciation and opportunities our kids may not otherwise have.
But we’ve also gained something that’s harder to put a dollar amount on: school spirit.
There is something special about watching our students get excited about their school, our staff feel supported and appreciated, and our community rally around our kids. That positive energy reaches far beyond the walls of PES.
And you do NOT have to have a ton of free time to be part of PTO. Come to meetings when you can. Volunteer for one event. Share an idea. Help behind the scenes. Sponsor something. Or simply come find out what we’re working on.
