Innovation in action across Pleasanton schools! ✨
PPIE proudly awarded 16 grants totaling $27,500 across 9 Pleasanton schools to help bring exciting learning opportunities to students and classrooms. 🎉📚
These grants are funding projects including: 🎥 New broadcasting equipment for the Journalism class at PMS. 🛠️ A mobile STEAM makerspace for students at Fairlands. 🎧 Audiobook titles for the Hart library to make reading more accessible for all learners. ♻️ A 3D printer filament recycler for Amador computer science students to promote sustainability and material efficiency. 🌎 Digital learning subscriptions for Harvest Park’s World Language department. 🍽️ A farm-to-table culinary experience for Educational Options students

Staff appreciation luncheon hosted by the PTSA - May 21st, 2026!

After a couple of hectic weeks of various campus activities and AP testing, we were able to celebrate our wonderful Foothill staff!!!
Thank you Foothill families for contributing towards the luncheon by sending beverages and a large assortment of homemade and store-bought desserts! The staff loved the treats!!
Lunch was catered from Rancho Grande Taqueria. They are a wonderful business to work with and the staff loves their fresh grilled tacos!
Thank you to our PTSA volunteers for planning, coordinating, decorating and setting-up the event.

On Monday, May 18th, the school organized a Link Crew led campus tour for the incoming freshmen!
While the students were touring the campus, the Foothill PTSA hosted a information session about high school life for the parents of the students.
The panel consisted of current and past Foothill parents and an Alumnus who happened to be in town. The panel was led and moderated by the Foothill PTSA President Shyamalima Karan.
We are truly grateful to the panel of parents for attending for the event and sharing their experiences and wisdom with the incoming parents!

Grad Night tickets are still available!!
Grad Night 2026 will be held on May 29, 2026 from 11:00 PM to May 30, 2026 at 3:30 AM, with buses loading at 10:30 PM.

The celebration will be filled with exciting activities including rock wall climbing, sports courts, a casino room, henna art, bocce ball, pool tables, arcade games, a DJ, great food, prizes, and more. It will be a night full of fun, laughter, and one last chance for our graduates to connect before “launching” into adulthood.

Foothill PTSA delegates attended the California PTA Convention in Fresno from April 30 - May 3!

The PTSA is hosting a special staff luncheon on May 21 to show our appreciation for the incredible Foothill teachers and staff.
El Rancho Grande Taqueria will be serving fresh-cooked tacos!
