The Pleasanton FFA Officers attended the Chapter Officer Leadership Training in Aurora Wednesday and Thursday. They are working to further develop their leadership skills for the upcoming school year. The 2025-2026 Pleasanton FFA Officer Team includes Claire Ahrens, President; Sam Smith, Vice President; Allison Unger, Secretary; Lillie Eichholz, Reporter; Calton Ahrens, Treasurer; Tucker Nilsen, Sentinel; Mallory Geisler, Historian; Evan Kucera, Student Advisor. It was good to see one of our own Josh Pierce facilitating as a State FFA Officer. The conference was great and everyone is looking forward to another great year!

Pleasanton FFA Labor Auction is coming up on Saturday Sept 21st at 7:00 pm.

We have some great items that have been donated to help the chapter raise funds for the upcoming year.

Trotters Fertilizer- Pleasanton has donated 160 acres of application for the upcoming crop year. The value of the application is $1360. If you would like to bid on this or anything else please come to the auction on Saturday. If you can’t make it and would like to bid, feel free to contact myself or one of the FFA officers to leave a bid.

We appreciate all of our supporters and want to say thank you to Trotters for this great donation.

70s theme was a hit for the Pleasanton NE FFA chapter as they celebrated Old Settlers Days. The parade and cow-pie bingo was a big hit.

We discovered we were all really bad at taking pictures of the bingo this year.

Excited to announce that the winners of the cow-pie bingo this year were Sherry Lammers and Doug Geisler. Both of the winners donated back to the pot to be sent to Chase and family. Thank you to all that helped out with the event. A big thank you to Pleasanton Livestock and Kyle for setting up the area, sponsoring and hauling livestock. Thank you to Town & Country Bank for sponsoring the event.

A huge thank you to the community that supported the event and cause. We were able to sell all tickets early and collected more donations to be sent to the family. We are a community that wants to show their support and let Chase know that we will fight together.

Pleasanton FFA Chapter - Nebraska is doing Cow-Pie Bingo again this year. We will start selling spots all day today, and be at the goat roping tonight at The Sand Bar. We are doing things a little differently this year, and the chapter would like to help out one of their fellow members. The proceeds will be donated to Chase Gillming and his family following his surgery and to help with the next steps in his fight.

If you want to purchase a square or have questions about the Cow-Pie Bingo, contact one of the FFA Officers or myself. Thanks again for all the support.

You can comment on the post, message Mr. Ahrens or an officer to reserve squares. We will have a couple different methods to pay for the squares if you can't attend the Goat Roping tonight. If you would like to purchase squares we need to know numbers and if it is with the large or small so we can update the grid.
