A weekend to honor our veterans. In 2016, our inaugural event raised thousands for the Hudson Valley Hero Project.

Weekend for Warriors is an annual event that takes four selected Combat Veterans on a weekend getaway, filled with fun and peaceful activities, where they will come together in a shared bonding experience. The weekend culminates with a Sunday reception where the public is invited to come celebrate and honor the selected Veterans for their dedicated service to our nation. With that money they were

able to provide college scholarships, postage for many care boxes to local troops deployed overseas, equine assisted PTSD therapy, as well as a much-needed financial assistance for veterans throughout the region. Since 2018, Weekend for Warriors has been proudly supporting the MHA of Dutchess County Veterans Programs. Services include housing and employment assistance, support groups, social activities, suicide prevention, advocacy for benefits, and much more.
