A big thank you to everyone who joined us at Texas Roadhouse last night! 🤠

Every meal, shared flyer, and stop by our table helped raise funds for the grocery store we’re building inside our Development & Community Center. This new space will give clients more opportunities to practice grocery shopping routines before using those skills out in the community.

We’re so grateful to Texas Roadhouse for hosting us and to everyone who came out to be part of it. We loved spending the evening with you!

Come down and grab a bite to eat, dine in or out! Tell them you are here for the Sonnenberg fundraiser at the Gurnee Location! See you soon!

🍽️ Texas Roadhouse is tonight!

Join us from 3–10 PM for Dine to Donate and help us bring our new grocery store learning space to life at the Development & Community Center.

Show the fundraiser flyer when you dine, and a portion of your purchase will come back to Sonnenberg. It’s an easy way to enjoy dinner and be part of something our clients will use to practice real grocery shopping routines.

We’d love to see you there!

Some of the best parts of a workplace are hard to put into a job description.

They’re the conversations between everything else. The people you dress up with, laugh with, bounce an idea off of, or just catch for a minute outside.

Our Mount Pleasant crew does a lot of that. The everyday connections they make are part of what shape our culture, and they matter more than they probably get credit for. They make it easy to ask questions and feel like you know the people you’re working alongside rather than just moving through the same space.

Not every meaningful part of a workplace is something you can list as a benefit or put into a job posting. Sometimes it’s much simpler than that. It’s knowing the people around you.

We make intentional space for relationships to grow. It shows.

There’s a lot families may never see when it comes to keeping services moving.

In this episode of The Scoop, Melissa talks through what has been changing with Wisconsin Medicaid and why those behind-the-scenes details matter. It can sound like paperwork from the outside, but these timelines affect real decisions for families, clients, and providers.

We’re grateful for the people who stay close to the details and keep asking the questions that help services continue moving forward.

A little facelift can make a big difference.

We’ve been giving some of our spaces a refresh, and these got quite the transformation!

We put a lot of thought into the spaces our teams use every day, and we love seeing how a few changes can make a familiar space feel completely new.

Take a look at the before and after.

A four-day schedule and school-day hours? That’s a pretty good combo.

Our school-based team works inside local schools, using dedicated spaces and students’ actual classrooms throughout the day.

The schedule is Monday-Thursday from 8:15 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. No nights, no Fridays, no weekends. And the same schedule every single week.

No previous ABA experience is required. We’ll give you the training and supervision you need to get started and keep growing.

Pioneering means doing the heavy lifting when no one is watching. 💪

We want to give a massive shout-out to our incredible Client Services Director, Melissa! Through her seat on the WAPA board, Melissa has been on the front lines fighting for ForwardHealth rights. Thanks to her relentless efforts, we are celebrating a monumental win for clients who were previously put on hold.
Sonnenberg was built on the belief that we advocate for what is necessary, not just what is easy. Melissa represents the absolute best of that mission.
