A huge thank you to our Four Mile teachers and staff for all the work that went into getting classrooms ready, welcoming students, calming those first-day nerves, and making today a great start to the 2026–2027 school year. 💛🖤

Backpacks are packed (hopefully 🤞), alarms are set, and a brand-new school year is about to begin! 🎒✏️📚

The Four Mile PTA is so excited to welcome our students, families, teachers, and staff back for another amazing year.

🍳☕ BREAKFAST IS SERVED! 💛🖤

The Four Mile PTA was happy to provide breakfast for our amazing teachers and staff this morning! 🥯🍓☕

It’s a small way to say a BIG thank you for everything they do for our students each and every day. From early mornings to long days, our Four Mile staff puts so much time, energy, and heart into making our school a wonderful place to learn and grow. 💛

And this is exactly what your PTA memberships and fundraising support help us do—show up for the people who show up for our kids every day!

Our school's theme this year is Wild About Learning, and the Four Mile PTA is Wild About Supporting Our Students, Staff, and Families. From family events and teacher appreciation to fundraising and building school connections, the PTA helps make Four Mile an even better place for every child.

Pleasant Hill Summer Fest is just around the corner, and it's the perfect way to spend time with family, connect with neighbors, and celebrate our community.

💙 Fun fact: The smiling face in the City's Summer Fest post is one of our awesome Four Mile students! We love seeing our students representing our community.

Summer Fest is just over a week away! Join us Friday, July 24 for a concert and fireworks, and Saturday, July 25 for the parade and family activities at Copper Creek Lake Park. Check the Pleasant Hill Chamber of Commerce - Pleasant Hill, Iowa for vendor and car show details.
