The Contra Costa Community College District (4CD) Full-Time Free Tuition Program provides eligible students with up to two academic years of free tuition at Contra Costa College, Diablo Valley College, or Los Medanos College.

Students may qualify by:
• Completing the FAFSA or California Dream Act Application
• Enrolling in at least 12 units each term
• Meeting California residency or AB540 eligibility requirements
• Accepting the award through InSite

The program applies to Fall and Spring academic terms for eligible full-time students.
