Pleasant Hill Martial Arts A martial arts dojo teaching Tay Pong Do (The art of the Hard Soft Style) A dojo is a place of the way. It is a safe place to come to and learn the art.

It doesn’t matter what your status or your job is we are all equal as human beings. There are no politics to worry about. Come empty your cup and learn. We cultivate the mind and the body together. You will be pushed physically and mentally, but that will help you grow as a person. You will become strong, fit, confident and a disciplined individual.
