During our recent Teacher In-Service Day, our incredible educators took time to reflect on and celebrate the work community we’ve built together here at LAPMS. 💛
More than just a workplace, LAPMS is a space filled with purpose, connection, and heart—and our teachers beautifully captured what makes it so special:
"Our workplace is special to us because it's more than just a job, it's a place where we get to be a part of something meaningful every day. Working in a school means we have the privilege of supporting children as they grow, learn, and discover the world around them. Seeing their curiosity, resilience, and joy reminds us why this work matters.
It's also incredibly rewarding to collaborate with dedicated teachers and staff who share a common purpose: to create a nurturing and inspiring environment for every student. We're not just colleagues—we're a team working together to make a positive impact on young lives.
And beyond the classroom, we value the strong relationships we build with families. Being able to support and connect with them as partners in their child’s development is a unique and fulfilling part of what we do.
