🚨 Strength Cycle Starts April 13 🚨
For this next cycle, we’ll be using RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) to help guide your loading each week.
Why this matters:
Not every day should feel the same. Some days you’ll feel strong and ready to push, and other days your body may need a little less. RPE helps you train with purpose instead of just guessing.
This will help you:
- choose the right weight for the day
- train hard without missing the intent
- build strength more consistently
- avoid going too heavy too often
- make better progress over the full cycle
The goal is smart, repeatable strength work — not maxing out every session.
Take a look at the scale, understand what each number should feel like, and come in ready to learn how to use it.
