We brought the ballpark experience to campus with fresh cookies and Cracker Jack from the Cardinal Bakery, specialty menu items inspired by unique MLB stadium favorites, and a build-your-own sundae bar served in classic baseball hat cups. 🍦🧢

The SASA Conference brought colleagues and guests from across the region to SUNY Plattsburgh this week, and we were honored to play a role in hosting and welcoming them.

These photos highlight a memorable evening at the Valcour Inn and Boathouse, where attendees gathered to enjoy great food, conversation, and the beauty of Lake Champlain. From conference catering to welcome baskets for our out-of-town guests, it was our pleasure to help create a warm and welcoming experience.

We were honored to welcome Chef Tom Flurij from the Netherlands, who shared his passion for traditional Dutch cuisine and treated guests to an authentic taste of Dutch culture. From classic recipes to unforgettable flavors, it was a memorable event that brought people together through food.

On January 29th & 30th, we officially opened The Cardinal Market, The Nest, and Clinton Dining Hall with an incredible celebration full of energy, excitement, and community spirit. From the ribbon cutting ceremony to live DJ beats, delicious samples, and awesome prizes, it was a grand opening to remember! ❤️🖤
